B2B day 5...How ya doin' ???
Well - I didn't do as well today - but all in all - still made alot better choices than I have been in the past couple of months.................I know - the pistachios - have got to go................those 3 servings were actually through out the day - not at 1 sitting:
The McDonald Filet o - fish..................forgot to take enough things to eat today - coming home tonight from 2nd...........realized I really hadn't had anything to EAT since about 2:00 give or take.......... I only did the filet o-fish..................1 side of bun only.................whole fish patty........yes and the tarter..............that was the best I could figure.................
The carrot (salad) not.............but I ate 3 mini carrots today for a snack earlier to get the chomping sensation that I needed to keep me from the chips.................so I think the cal are a little high as the fat and carbs..............but it is only a guestimate......
I'm not having any luck pasting tonight................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
