B2B day 5...How ya doin' ???
Just FYI on daily plate....when you copy and paste the table to the post it will show all of the cells....BUT when you hit submit it takes all of that off and leaves it like mine....I got so frustrated trying to delete all the other cells but then I tried it that way and the cells dissappeared....by far of the ones I have tried it has the most selection of foods...if I have to enter everything it drives me crazy!
Dee,
I'm using the "health tracker" on OH to keep track of my food. It's fairly new and I just started using it this week. I have tried both FitDay and DailyPlate over the past 3 years and I thought they were too much trouble.

I can't wait to weigh on Monday, I'm praying to get back to "GOAL" but that would be almost 4 lbs so I doubt it will happen...but you never know...

I've used FitDay and Daily Plate and my only complaint is post-op the portions are so much smaller that I have a hard time estimating what fraction of the "typical" portion size I am eating. I am just now (after a year) able to eat 1/2 cup cottage cheese in the mornings, which is a normal portion size. For so long, I halved it.
