B2B day 5...How ya doin' ???
UNBELIEVABLE! I have lost 7 lbs this week....and I AM eating! I can't believe it is really working...just wish I had done this before gaining some weight back this summer! I was 152-155 for sooooo long (like 3 years) and managed to get up to 168 by Monday...I know...YUCK! Well today I weighed in at 161! Anyway...my menu for today was good...but I did have an english muffin which pushed my carbs up some...didn't eat any fruit or veggies like I should have.....Just realized I am very low on calories today....so I may have a protein shake before bed....not in the eating mood today...have a sinus infection and feel bad...

I have not eaten enough I guess. Numbers are down, but I don't feel like eating. Course it took me too long to get dinner together and I got almost 'pass out' sugar low. But i'm eating now, so it's all good.

Great job July. I'm doing well myself, it's amazing how when we really "focus" and eat dense stuff we don't consume near as much.
Here is my today, I may add in a shake later but right now I'm full so I won't push myself. 75 grams of protein is ok. Ok if my thread messes up the post tonight I'm going to delete it and add the link to fitday, I have it public so if anyone wants to see it they can click on the link.

Dee, I use "generic items" they have on their list for some things, otherwise I create my custom list. I have actually created my own fitday item by adding up the quanitity of each item I have in my recipe....totally everything then sorting it out in serving sizes.
I do assume a some of the generic might not be "exacts" but it's pretty close and gives me what I need to "watch" myself.
Some people really like thedailyplate.com; I started with fitday and haven't tried anything else. I also can make my fitday public or private....anyone can see it if they save the link in their favorites.

Dee, I use www.sparkpeople.com I find it very user friendly. I like that you can add your own favorites list for the things you eat over and over.
