OVERWIEGHT, Not obese
According to my BMI I am officially overweight and not obese!! 
WOO HOO, I can't believe it.... I am not done yet and really hope that when I hit goal I will in the normal BMI range. Although I was talking to a co-worker *****cently moved over by me and she said that I looked average. I never thought I would be happy to be called average but I was. I told her Thank You very much, then told her that I had surgery and she understood why I was so excited about her comment.

of my excess body weight to-date. Current as of November 1, 2009
OH Mini-Challenge Goal for New Year's Day is 170 pounds. 11 pounds to go!
