Today has been pretty good... stayed on plan and drank all my water for the day.  I signed  up for a pilates class tonight so we will see how that goes. 

I just track my calories and protein so ignore the rest!

Well here I go:

Breakfast was
2 pcs of bacon
sf skinny hazelnut latte

Lunch
1/2 c Pasta fagolie soup
1/2 cup salad with vinigarette dressing

snack
bananna

dinner
1/2 c chicken salad
3 crackers

snack
plum

tea all day long.  I know I am not eating much but I can't hold anymore without tummy hurting.  I have an inflammed lining of my tummy.

I told my new boss she better not do this very often!
She ordered pizza for lunch! I ate 2 pieces!!
Loads of fat and carbs today because of that but also lots of protein...lots of water and all my vits. AND I stayed within my reccommended calories...now if I can just fit in exercise in my 12 hour work day I would be doing much better! That is my goal this weekend and next week to work on my schedule to include more exercise. Staying busy in the classroom all day will keep the grazing to ZIP! YEA!  I lost 2 lbs last week and have lost 4 this wee****ep it up everyone!

I think it's the wide charts that everyone is pasting into their posts.  The charts are set to run across the whole width of the line without word wrapping.  That causes the posts that follow to get narrower and look different.

I had another really good day.  Haven't had a chance to plug in the numbers cuz I just got home after the day from HELL at work.  Still NO diet coke, NO junk food snacks, NO scale.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 4 oz pot roast/ few cooked carrots
Snack: cheese stick/ radishes
Dinner: 1/2 cheeseburger
Snack:  LF fudgesicle

EDIT: 865 calories
Protein: 82
Carbs: 33 (WOOHOO)
Fat: 45

This week has been very mu*****ontrol.....YEAH ME!!!!  

My only down fall is getting my fluids in...just cant get pass 28oz of fluids....ugh..vits are great taken them every day....and I can really tell a difference!!

Todays Menu

Morning Coffee with sweet/low and creamer

Breakfast; yogurt
Lunch: 1 tyson chicken tender all white meat; and carrots
Dinner; 1 serving of speghetti(wheat pasta) with parmeasan cheese
Snack: handful of smoke house almonds

that was my day......
