B2B Day 4 - so how'd it go?

All I can say is I am a 100% emotional eater especially stress and frustration.

But I held steady - then that scale was staring at me. But I held steady.  Lord this better be worth it. LOL

I will plug in my numbers in a bit.

So how did everyone else do?

I've done well so far today...emotions of Ben leaving again haven't gotten the better of my eating:

protein coffee
chicken broth
Atkins low carb drink
water and sf lemonade...total of 120 oz. so far
decaf coffee w/ creamer and splenda
chef salad for lunch w/ 2 tbsp caesar dressing
oriental chicken salad for dinner
snack: either ham/cheese roll up or a few raisins and some pnut butter

protein: around 80+

on old computer and will wait until tomorrow to do daily plate when I hope laptop has new adapter cord!

I need to do that.  I know Ben is.  Unless they happened to see him finding his classes or went to film in his room...he's probably not on there...he did venture out some...maybe to cafeteria a few times.  He did the Tues. hot dog cook out but after 30 min. it started lightening and they made them go inside.  He went out last night w/ some girls from Livingston.  Tonight he's going to a soccer game.  I think he had something tomorrow.  I'll add that on FB and maybe I'll see him on there!

I did good increasing my calories and lowering carbs. I am still having some trouble keeping the carbs lower, I am getting about 50g. But I finally broke my 3 week stall and I am down almost 2lbs this morning! YAY! I have been soooo worried about that stall!

Great job, Michelle.

It is hard to understand that eating more will make you lose, but it's true.  Sometimes it is just a matter of changing up what you eat or when you eat it.

That is currently my BIGGEST challenge! I want to eat less!! I keep thinking I am eating too much!! I stop eating after a few bites (litterally) because I am "full" but sometimes I think I am psyching myself out. I am scared to eat too much and gain. I have incrased my calories from 300 a day to 500 a day and now to about 700 a day. I am slowly increasing. But thank you for the compliments! I am really trying hard! It is more of a mental challenge for me!

So far so good, but today is a "Friday night" since I'm off tomorrow for a 3-day weekend and I might indulge in something sweet tonight.  I did manage the avoidance last night, so after the dog and I go for a walk,I'll come home to a Breyer's CArb WAtch ice cream treat and give the dog a frozen applesauce treat. (I've already added it to my log) 

I made a fantastic dinner with stuff from the fridge that I would absolutely make again with what ever leftover meat was laying around.  I love simple things like that!

Well until I went to the darn football practice I was on course BUT I goofed then, eating popcorn and a coconut cookie (not much but still, why?).
