I'm still working on documenting what I've been eating. So far it's going pretty good! I spoke to my best friend in Florida (haven't seen her in 26 years), we had a good long chat. I talked to my girls yesterday to see how their first day of school went. They sounded really excited!

I love today's mission. It would have been great to know that when I was an insecure teenager. But it's also applicable for those of us who have struggled with self image issues. Thanks for sharing.
