Tuesday afternoon confessional

When I screw up, my confessionals are in the daily accountability post that Karla starts daily.  I go ahead and post it so I can see it in black and white and do something about it.  Monday was my bad day this week. I went to Chili's and had a meeting with my nemesis...CARBS. 

Ok guys, not proud of it but I finally gave in and just ate a piece of german chocolate cake....hoping it would make me sick so I wouldn't want it again.....no such luck.
