B2B-day 3- How did you do?

Well once again I can't get Sparkpeople to copy and paste.  Suffice it to say I did OK.  Calories are 958 but protein is only 62 so far.  Carbs were high due to the corn and pretzels but I planned them into my menu so it's OK.

Menu included:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: Salad with Low fat ranch
Snack Pretzel crisps (11 pieces)
Dinner: 3 oz of pot roast with 5 pieces of cooked carrots with gravy plus 1.5 ears of corn.

3 quarts of SF Raspberry Lemonade so far.  No junk food or Diet Coke.  All my vitamins.  No scale.

haha... no carbs I wish!!!  I just track my calories and protein... but on fitday it shows all the other areas when I copy and paste.   It would be nice to say no carbs.... but if I'm eating like this I know my carbs aren't out of control so I don't worry about them.

Oops, my bad.  That's OK, Jodie thought I ate 15 ears of corn instead of one and a half.

Ughh why can't I eat enough right now, it's either WAY over with to many carbs or a struggle to eat enough healthy.  I'll possibly add a shake with soy milk later, I'm way to low to be healthy at 4 years out......I promise I'll do better tomorrow; I must have snacks sometimes in the day to get closer.

dana,

looks like all or most of your carbs are from veggies, so do you deduct your fiber from the carb count? Just wondering how different it would be .
