These numbers do not have fiber deducted.  I do watch the fiber though and mentally deduct it from my day.

I think I did okay today.  I ate most of what was on the plan I posted this morning.  Instead of ricotta cheese for my snack I had celery and peanut butter.

Did great so far...daily plate says I need 1600 calories to lose 2 lbs. per week...I got about 1100...including 135 g protein.   All vits/supplements in and it was all healthy food.

2 Atkins low carb drinks
1 protein coffee
1 decaf coffee w/ SF creamer
oriental chicken salad
2 oz. steak
3/4 c lima beans
1 oz. nuts
chicken broth
100+ oz. liquids
may have ham/cheese roll up, but probably won't...it was included in calorie count!

I have done good so far, but have to say my head is screaming for something to eat tonight even though I had dinner at 6.  My head is screaming and belly is growling back.  It doesn't help that my DH just got home and is eating dinner 3 feet from me...oh the smells!!!  I already splurged today on a VENTI Iced Latte from Starbucks so I can't really  justify an evening snack. 

I got in my water and will have my vitamins done before bed.  If I can get through the night food free, then this is'll be my total intake.

Today was an encore of yesterday for me, except that I tossed in an extra protein shake this afternoon.  I'm just home from school and cannot see straight enough to try and reytpe everything from fitday and I cannot seem to copy/paste anymore.  I must have changed a setting somewhere, somehow.  Anywy, off to bed for me.  I'm pleased with how it went and hope...no...planning on another great day tomorrow.

On the bright side, still no sodas! LOL

And I'm stepping away from the scale too...at least till this weekend or Monday...

Tomorrow, I'll be having yummy protein shakes, and I'll probably try to do one solid meal and one snack. Maybe more. I need to go on Eggface's site and get more meal ideas...Smartones are getting old. LOL

EXHAUSTED...Headache since 6 am when I woke up...LOVELOVE LOVE!! the new job but wortking 12 hours between the 2 is hard work.,...off to bathe and bed...will post todays in the morning...did very well until our meet the teacher when I had a cookie...oh well...it is okay!

I did good today.............I feel like I'm grazing and eating all the time..........but when I'm feeling hungry -  I go ahead and eat something in the my lunch bag...........which I usually overpack - because I never know what I'll be in the mood for...................hehehehehe...........

Here is what I did today:  I also rode 1 mile on the stationary bike at work for a quick 15 min break from the desk..........NOT MUCH - I KNOW..........BUT MY KNEES ARE STILL HURTING and after the graceful FALL I had on MOnday evening........well - I just haven't felt all that great..........REALLY SORE -FEEL LIKE A TRUCK RAN OVER ME.   THought about going to see doc - but all they'll do is give me "meds" that I probably shouldn't take.........to relax me........and well - I don't need more pills..........all body parts are still moving..........rotating.....just more slower !!  lol       night night
