I feel that I did good on Tuesday !!!  Whoo hoo.......................
Here is what I did on Tuesday.............too much fat & carbs.....but still only ate what I carried with me that is considered "allowable".................no vending machines are calling my name anymore............ I'm GONNA DO THIS !!

Phyllis, it may be my browser but your post is cut off and I can't see everything.  It looks like you had over 2100 calories though.  Is that right?  The regular cheese (you didn't note lowfat so I'm assuming that its not) could be adding up to more than what you really need - higher fat = higher calories.  Too those high fat foods are not good for our hearts.  Combined with the pistachios you're way over what I can eat and maintain.  I only voice my concern because you had mentioned in another post that you were up 15 pounds.  I know you're probably posting to the BTB thread for accountability and because you may be feeling like you could make healthier choices - at least that's where my mind is at - so I hope you won't take offense to my pointing this out.  I've seen you post some awesome menus in the past so I know you can do it and get back down to where you want to be.  Just know that we're here for you.  You're not in this alone.  I'm cheering for you from the south.  lol  HUGS

everyone's is doing that on my end too............maybe an OH problem?????not sure though.....
no offense taken..............luv everyone's input.......yeah - it was an eating day........no lowfat cheese....yuck..............too many pistaccios yesterday -  don't eat those everyday though.....

I'm just getting back on track.......doing lots better thanks to everyone's concern.......I am down 5 lbs though.........since Saturday - so i'm doing something better than in the weeks past....

I couldn't help but getting ont he scale this morning cuz I just knew - something good was gonna come out of my changes in the past 4 days...............

Hey July,

Just as an FYI... John can't mix protein with any milk or milk substitute either. Even Mootopia which is lactose free. It still upsets his tummy. That is why we make iced coffees and smoothies with it!
