Yep, lol seems like that lately.  It's on the menu tomorrow for lunch also, then I'm done.  Guess I'll get on the zuchini, spinach or brussel sprout kick next.

Dana, I'm on the low side again too.  This is crazy!  For months I can't get enough to eat and ca't seem to stop the grazing and now that I'm going to school in the evenings I can't get enough food down me.  Figures!  lol

Anyway, here is my Tuesday (yesterday)...

B: coffee, mini bagel with lf cream cheese
S: egg beater, turkey bacon
L: sliced pastrami deli meat, lf cheddar and hot mustard
S: protein muffin
D: EAS Carb Control Shake
S: skim milk w/sf strawberry syrup

totals:
calories 736
protein 63.1 (34%)
fat 25.6 (31%)
carb 66.4 (35%)

My goal today is to get in more protein and increase my calories before I drop into starvation mode and do something crazy like gain 5 pounds.  Cause you KNOW that is exactly what would happen to my crazy - science defying - body.

I sucked. REALLY REALLY BAD! So, im gonna just say tomorrow is a new day and move forward. However, NO diet dr p and tons of water, only 1 cuppa coffee. thats about all i can say and tons of trips up and down the stairs.
UGH.. when am i evern gonna get this right?

No Diet Coke, No junk food, all vitamins and 60+ oz of SF lemonade.

I done good..lots of chicken..lots and lots of water..carbs came from veggies and apples...took my vitamins...that's all I have the strength to type...I'm old and tired...

I did okay today.  I had to adjust my plans because I was out and about part of the day, but I kept my calories under 1200.  It looks like my fat intake is too high.

I'm going to try this tonight instead of in the morning and see if I get out of the house on time tomorrow by removing an excuse!

Since my day was planned, it went more "normal" for my regular diet.  I got in all my water, all my protein and before bed will have had all my vits!!!

Okay...my post I did last night is gone too...

Felt good about today...only got hungry when I couldn't get to eat my lunch because people kept bugging me at work.
