B: coffee, mini bagel with lf cream cheese
S: egg beater, turkey bacon
L: sliced pastrami deli meat, lf cheddar and hot mustard
S: protein muffin
D: EAS Carb Control Shake
S: skim milk w/sf strawberry syrup

My goal today is to get in more protein and increase my calories before I drop into starvation mode and do something crazy like gain 5 pounds. Cause you KNOW that is exactly what would happen to my crazy - science defying - body.

I'm going to try this tonight instead of in the morning and see if I get out of the house on time tomorrow by removing an excuse!
Since my day was planned, it went more "normal" for my regular diet. I got in all my water, all my protein and before bed will have had all my vits!!!
Not such a bad day, but wish I'd had time for a run.
I weighed 313 pounds on December 1, 2008 the day of my RNY surgery and have lost 81%
of my excess body weight to-date. Current as of November 1, 2009
OH Mini-Challenge Goal for New Year's Day is 170 pounds. 11 pounds to go!

Felt good about today...only got hungry when I couldn't get to eat my lunch because people kept bugging me at work.
