My numbers are on the lower side tonight, I'm shooting for 1100-1200 calories a day and at least 80 grams of protein, preferably 100. I just finished dinner and I'm just not hungry enough tonight to add a shake to get my numbers up.
Busy day today, I didn't even think about food. Oops, correction made w/yogurt & raisins.
