Also know that you will be more emotional at this point. No one really explains that to you before you have this surgery. What happens is hormones are stored in fat and when you are losing really fast the hormones can't be absorbed fast enough so they flood your body. There were days I felt like I was on a constant PMS.LOL There were days I wanted to cry for no reason at all. So it was nice to know I wasn't going crazy.

Have you considered coming to the support group at Doctor's Hospital?? It's the 3rd Saturday of the month. It is very informative. I try and go every month. I enjoy the meetings. There is also a group that meets in Terrell once a month.

Food boredom is the enemy, I've been there. Definately subscribe to Shelly's (the world according to eggface) blog so you'll get new ideas daily and she has a ton of soft food ideas, too. At a month out I lived on mashed beans and ricotta bake. I think I posted my daily diet log on my blog this early out so feel free to check it out.
Just know you are normal and it's all going to be okay if you keep up with your minimum daily requirements for water and protein. At this point, that is all you need to worry about. I'm in Allen, but am always up for a meet n' greet at a local Starbucks.
