My WooWoo of the day

It's a WooWoo mainly because I totally wasn't expecting it. When I weighed in at WW today I lost 3.5lbs this week!  That really make my next goal reachable. I start my liquid diet next Tuesday and I want to lose another 14lbs before surgery. If I can go into surgery at 275lbs, that will give me a 78lb loss since I started this journey.

Wish me luck!

WOO HOO !!!   You are so much farther ahead of the game than most people who have WLS!!!

Your goal is reasonable - I lost 14 pounds on my 2-week liquid diet, but I didn't have to do the pre-op diet so I am sure a lot of it was the "easy" 10 pounds plus a little bit.  But going on liquids will still shake up your metabolism so you are likely to drop a lot also.  Whatever you lose before surgery - 65, 70, 75 - is going to make your surgery just that much easier to recover from.  Plus less to lose afterwards to get to goal !!!!!

Congratulations!  Woo Hoo!  Awesome!  You shouldn't have any trouble getting to your pre-surgery goal.  That liquid diet really worked for me and I'm sure it will work for you too.

Good luck with the rest of your journey.
