Congrats on being down 1 lb - I know how great that feels!!!

Today:
B-Skinny Latte from Starbucks
S-toast, high fiber, whole grains (found new extra thin Sara Lee)
L-Dinner leftovers - 1/2 cup rice with fire sauce (sausage, stewed tomatoes, salsa, black beans)
S-Protein Shake
D-Homemade bean/cheese burritos (no tortilla for me)

Today is my 2 year follow up - will find out how my labs are doing.
