August Adventure Tuesday
I had protein coffee...chicken broth...Atkins drink...dry salad w/ meat cheese for lunch because I left dressing at home...1 ham/cheese grilled roll up (tasty)...oriental chicken...3/4 Elvis protein shake
Down 1 lb. this morning, so I'm happy but feel really bloated for some weird reason
Exercised yesterday and already this morning...that's going well!
Today's plan:
at least 2 protein drinks...one down already
at least 100 oz. liquids
salad w/ turkey and cheese w/ a few sesame sticks in it and Caesar dressing
Baked Tilapia for dinner w/ pinto or lima beans
maybe 1 ham/cheese roll up if needed

Congrats on the 1 lb down Karla! I knew I was going to be bad yesterday so I called at 8 a.m. yesterday morning and changed my doctor's appointment from Wednesday to Friday with the hopes of getting the "Chili's" pound(s) off. My lunch and the leftovers from lunch for dinner yesterday were from Chili’s and let’s just say the carbs were delish! I must be very, very good through Saturday night and then I have a celebration to attend with my BF. I can do this!!!!
Today’s plan:
B-coffee for now…
L-salad
D-salad with baked tilapia or catfish
Exercise- walking 2-3 brisk miles
Water- at least 48-64 ounces

I did okay but it was HARD. I had a good lesson with snacking and the fat/salt consequences. So today the numbers look much better as far as calories, fat, and carbs.
I have lined up my plan on dayplate. That really seems to help. It does take time to plan it out. I can only do one day. I sure don't know how folks plan a week at a time like Vicki. That takes patience.
Scale? No scale today and I"m dressed and ready to head out the door, so I am going to go to work without weighing. THAT will be a first.

Sounds similiar to Terry T's AWSOME chocolate shake with no peanut butter. I like to add extra cocoa to make it richer, yummo......I think I'll have just a choco tonight with no Pnut butter or nanner, trying to keep those carbs and fat lower, lmao.

ok, got on the scale today and OMG its wayyyyy up there (ok only a few lbs but ya know what i mean) HOWEVER my feets look like pillows! WTF! I have been pouring water down with this move but have been sweating it out like you wouldnt believe. Definately got my exercise yest with unloading the rest of the uhaul at noonish lol. Yall shoulda seen Loralea and I unloading the fridge and my extremely heavyazz chest!! Yes Lorealea and I! it was funny but we got it done. Both of us were wringing sweat out of out bras and shorts by the time it was over. Seriously!
I think thats why the scale is up.. my feet literally hurt to walk on them and it so reminds me of pre op. I have already slammed down 2 bottles of water and dug till i found a mild fluid pill, so that should help.
Eating wasnt horrid yesterday (yes i know im behind on posting this) but wasnt what i had hoped either. Gee i wonder why.
Today's Plan:
WATER
Protein Coffee (going in now)
1/2 mini low sugar banana muffin
Meat spag sauce
cot cheese
Dinner is posta be fish sticks but not sure.
Cheese if needed.
Ohhhhh snap - i had some cheese during the day for snack yest.. thinking prolly not a good idea with the extra sodium!

Did well yesterday on eating except Icouldn't eat dinner. New rule from Doc, cannot eat 4 hrs before bed. slept till 7 so I missed my window for dinner! Plan for today:
bkfst--wieght loss oatmeal w/butter
snack--protein drink
lunch--egg salad
snack-- protein bar
dinner-- meatball wrap no sauce
dessert--sf fudgescicle
no eating after 6pm
80 oz fluid
no mindless snacking!!

Here's my plan for today, but I'm going to enter this into the Health Tracker and adjust as needed. I'll edit and put the changes in later.
Coffee
B - 2 slices of Canadian Bacon with 2 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (grilled to melt the cheese)
S - Laughing Cow Herb and Garlic Cheese with Red Bell Peppers
L - Ham, Cheese and Salad
S - Celery and SF Peanut Butter
D - Pork Satay
Dessert - SF Lemon Jello
Edit - I'm replacing the ham at lunch with a grilled chicken breast. And I'm adding steamed green beans and a salad to my dinner. These numbers also include one tablespoon of salad dressing at lunch and one at dinner. With those changes here are today's stats. It'll get me in just under the 1200 calorie goal. Looks like I need to work on lowering my fat intake.
