Back to basics-day one results

I'm with July...crap!  Cannot get my data to paste in.  Sorry. 

I did not follow my plan at all.  Nothing sounded good so I totally revamped my menu.  Unfortunately, yesterday's calories were lower than I would have liked as a result.  I'm adding an extra shake in today.  Here is how it went...

B: protein coffee 158 / .2 / 7.7 / 31.4
S: egg beaters and turkey bacon 197 / 12.9 / 1.3 / 21.4
L: grilled chicken, spinach 102 / 2.5 / .9 / 17.9 (chickn was dry and that was all I could get down)
S: strawberries, lowfat cheese 64 / 2.1 / 4.2 / 7.2
D: roasted turkey and grape tomatoes 95 / 1.9 / 1.5 / 17 (dry poultry again!)
S: crystal light protein shake 14/  .2 / 2.6 / 30

totals:
764 calories
19.9g fat (24%)
18.2g carbs (9%)
121.9g protein (67%)

My carbgs were on the low side.  I could have added fruit to breakfast or blended into a shake.  If that darn chicken wasn't so dry I was going to have some black beans, but that didn't work out.
