OMG, I swear I was starving all day long.  Was it head hunger?  I have no idea. I DO know that I did not have a single Diet Coke all day!!  Yeah for me!!  I planned all my food and took "extras" just in case-well I came home with an empty lunch box.  I need to go log my food and see how the numbers total up. 

EDIT:  1106 calories and 103 gm of protein.  Carbs are still too high but I eat fruit instead of veggies cuz I don't eat veggies.  NO DIET COKE and 90+ oz of water so far.  All vitamins are in too.  All totaled not a bad day.  Guess I'll be having SF popsicle for my treat later, ain't got no calories left for the day.

Ok I just finished fitday and had to much fat and not enough protein.  I'll add a protein shake in a little while to up the protein w/water and maybe some frozen blueberries.

Edit:  Maybe not I forgot the chicken for dinner.  I feel like I'm going to need something before bed though so I may still have the shake.

....not enough protein??? Hell girl...how much are you aiming for?? 99 gr sounds great to me??? what do you all try to keep your fat gr too? I know there is some kind of formula to use just don't know what it is???

LOL ok I made a couple of adjustments after I made that initial statement.  I forgot to put in the chicken for dinner then added 1/2 a shake (couldn't get anymore in) so 99 is fine, lol.  I shoot for right at 100 grams a day.

On the formula, I use my own thoughts on what I think works best for me which is 40-45% protein, 20-25% carbs, and the rest fat.  I look harder at carb intake and protein more than fat, although I do need to watch my fat intake too.

Steph, what is your calorie goal.  I'm shooting to keep mine under 1200 per day.

I think for us 1200 is very reasonable.  I was absolutely amazed how miserable I was without my bad carbs and diet coke today.  Hope tomorrow will be better.  Right now my head is killing me so I might turn in early tonight.

I did pretty good today (too busy at work to eat!)... 1000cal and 87g or protein.  Now trying to figure out my food plan for tomorrow.   Lunch is always the hardest meal to plan for me.

My fat and salt were off the charts because of two hot dogs (no bun or anything).  Stupid me figured it was protein.  Lesson learned.

the Good is that I am at about 1200 calories

I got 100 g's of protein

I got well over 100 oz water/cl

I did NOT get on the scale. It is still on the shelf in the closet.

I have reevaluated my food for tomorrow and it's has much better numbers.

I put my scale up too.  I'm gonna try really hard to become less dependant on it.  I think we're all hanging around the right calorie range for us.  Today was so much fun, I can't wait for tomorrow.  Aren't you glad we "took the easy way out"????
