Back to Basics Peeps - what's your calorie and or protein range?

Okay,

I logged what I had planned to eat today and because I honestly wasn't as hungry and ate some different protein, I am already within 13 calories of my limit today.  Course my calorie limit is probably too low.

So does anyone else have a range?  I know Loralea had a plan of like 1000 to 1200 and did 50/25/25 for protein/carbs/fat if I remember.

My carbs and sugars are great and I have already had like 150 oz of water/CL.

So how are you guys planning your meals?

I haven't really "set" a limit on calories, just being super careful with what I eat, so my total calories have probably been adding up to about a thousand...I've been logging it...the most important thing, is I've been trying to get to 80g of protein daily.

I take several healthy snacks with me to work such as string cheese, lowfat yogurt and sf pudding....also a banana...and I had two scrambled eggs this am, and a smartones for lunch. I'm working on bottle #5 of water.

I haven't added it all up but I will say I was very good on snacking until I got home from work, but I stopped myself and just did something else to get my mind off of it. We went to Spring Creek for supper and I had turkey and a few bites of mac and cheese- not the best side dish I know.
I DO NOT feel like walking tonight though- will have to see if I can force myself to get excited about it and soon!

I try to keep my calories between 900-1200 and eat at least 75g of protein.  That's my plan anyway..... now sticking to it is another story!!!

My goal is 1000-1200 calories and 85-100 grams of protein... My biggest problem is getting in all my water...  I just try to be sure and get my protein first but also be sure and get some vegetables and fruits in...

My calorie goal for the Back-to-Basics Challenge is to keep it below 1200 calories.  I always shoot for about 100 grams of protein a day.

I'm about 200 calories high on my intake today.  Bummer!  I'll do better tomorrow.

Huh, mine is the same as Lorolea's.  However, if I eat only what is on my plan and stop when full I won't get anywhere near 1200 calories.  Twice I've gotten to just under 900 so I  threw in one more shake to meet the bare minimum I know I need before I crash from fatigue and start having dizzy spells.  But the 50/25/25 works best for me, too,
