Well for me tomorrow will consist of the following

Breakfest: Scrambled Egg or Optifest Shake

Lunch: Salmon Patti (healthy version made from Salmon, Oatmeal and Egg)

Dinner probably left over Sloppy Joe made from 93/7 beef, Low Carb ketchup and BBQ sauce on Whitewheat buns.

Don't ussually have a snack through out the day if i need anything i opt for a optifast shake with splenda

Here is my menu~ packed and ready to eat!!!

Morning; coffee w/ splenda, creamer, and benefiber x2 cups

Breakfast: Oatmeal with Raisins and Dates made with a splash of 2%  milk

Lunch: Season Green Beans and Grilled Chicken

Snack: I have smoked house almonds or an apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Adobe Chicken (Recipe below)

One rotissurie chicken-shredded
1 can of Rotel
1 pkg of shredded monterey jack cheese divided
2 cups Brown Rice (cooked)

Combine rice, rotel, chicken and 1/2 of the cheese~spoon into a 7x11 inch baking dish; I spray a tad of pam-cook covered at 325 for 30 minutes; Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese return to oven for about 5 minutes.

You can add black olives too; but my peeps do not eat olives.  I know rice is not the best choice but it was what hubby picked for dinner..lol

of course water, vits, meds, and exercise

Hope everyone has a successful day!!!  Remember one day at a time..
