Back to Basics Peeps - what's on your menu for Monday?
Since there are quite a few of us doing this, I'm curious to know what you all plan to eat tomorrow. Now remember, we can't call it a diet, or NO carb. It's a meal plan.
I am going to change my plan of cooking for several days at a time and change to one day only. I stocked up on lots of ready to eats, so I can just grab and go and not worry and wait.
So what is on your PLAN?

Here's my plan for tomorrow.
Coffee
B - 2 slices of Canadian bacon and 1 fried egg
S - Cheese stick and V-8 juice
L - Meatballs with tomato sauce (leftovers from dinner tonight) and celery sticks
S - Adkins protein shake
D - Grilled chicken with garlic, olive and tomato salsa & a salad
Dessert - SF Jello
Plus water, water, water and one can of Minute Maid Cherry Limeade Drink (10 calories) as a treat in the middle of the afternoon.

I am getting up and exercising tomorrow morning at 5:00...will ride my recumbent bike for a start.

OK, putting it in writing...here goes:
Breakfast: chocolate frozen protein drink
Lunch: ham/provalone/hard salami roll-ups, coleslaw, raw veggies-radishes and carrots
Snack: Fresh strawberries/pineapple/banana fruit cup
Dinner: pot roast-meat and carrots only
Snack: SF/FF chocolate/banana pudding
WATER, WATER and more WATER!!!
Vitamin box is already filled. I will be weighing in the morning and then not again until NEXT Monday.

I'm working 8pm-8am tonight, and it's my first night with this pt, so I don't know the "set up" yet...like whether there will be a microwave, etc. It's a private home, so you never know what you will find. Soooooo..for tonight...
I'm drinking a shake on the way to work..
Packed a salad with greens and precooked chicken breast
Have beef jerky and 2 apples for snacks and CHEWING
Have refillable water bottle--luckily I tap water just fine
Will have shake or eggs when I get home in the morning--depending on how my night went..flexibility rules in my weird world!

I'm also stopping by the gym after work to sign up for pilates so I will stay and get on the treadmill for about an hour.
