Hello Karla & TMB,

For yesterday, I slipped off low carbing temporarily to have some lima beans with a couple of bites of cornbread...yummy! 

Today's plan:
Exercise-just got back from walking three miles.
B-warming up the band with coffee, two pieces of bacon in a little while
L-salad
D-salad and blackened catfish
Water-64 ounces

Yesterday was one HUGE carbfest.  I ended up sleeping a lot of the day because of it.  But I've been to the store and will slay the dragon starting tomorrow.

Good morning!!  Got a fill yesterday morning... and although I still don't have as much as did prior to PS I am feeling a little bit of restriction which feels soooooooooooooooo good after having nothing for almost 5 weeks!!!  I bit the bullet and adjusted my ticker to show my weight gain.... that was hard but if I'm going to get back on track I have to fess up!!!!

Yesterday was a good day... on liquids all day and I'm doing that mostly today too.

Plan for today:
1.  Log food here at OH
2. Vitamins and water
3. Breakfast:  Oh yeah  Banana Creme RTD
    Lunch: ham and cheese soup
    Dinner:  fish: herb encrusted talapia
    Snack:  Inpsire protein shake

Yes, I'm still here.  Haven't been too active on OH lately because I just have TOO much going on right now.

Today's Master Plan:
B'fast - Protein Shake
Lunch - Turkey, cheese, egg whites & pork skins
Snack - Protein Shake
Dinner - Grilled chicken Patty, 1c veggies & a few soy crisps
Evening Snack - ???

I am on it and SUPER excited!!! I got back on the right track starting thursday morning, and so far my weight has gone from 290.8 to 285.8 as of this morning! 5 lbs in three days...I'm NOT complaining!!!!

So far today....I overslept so I'm a little behind on my water intake...I'll be chugging it later...

11am... 3 slices turkey bacon...6g protein
               1 scrambled egg          6g protein

12          16 oz water

3:15 pm    1 banana
4pm           1 string cheese...6 g protein
4:30pm   16 oz bottle of water...

I'm planning on having some chicken breast or turkey deli meat later as I'm WAYYYYYYYYYYY behind on protein right now...still waiting on my unjury via ups....Then I'll be having protein shakes again to help out!
