"The Challenge" anyone willing to continue today?
Up 1 pound from Yesterday, probably due to a shorter walk as we walked Snickers and seemed we were always running into another dog or 3.
Today for food have had or planning the following:
Breakfest: Optifast Shaske
Lunch: Chicken Breast from deli (they say it is chicken fried chicken but tast more like baked)
Dinner: Not sure probably Taco Meat leftovers
On my 3rd bottle of water so far at noon

B-Eggbeater, JD turkey sausage patty
L-Lean Quisine dinner, probably beef tips and broccoli
S-Fage cherry cheesecake yogurt
D-Tilapia, grilled veggies....I like the idea of crabmeat rolled in it and will try that tonight.
S- Something proteiny
I've got to get better about my water. Aiming for 80-100oz of water today....32 down so far

Somehow I missed this post earlier, but I'm catching up now. We missed you on last night's chat, Dana.
I'm in again today, with a slight veer off course at dinner. We have a date with another couple for pizza and beer tonight. I think the place we're going may have a chef salad or something similar. If so, I'll go with that, but I'll eat one piece of pizza and a lite beer.
Here's the plan --
Coffee
B - One egg, 2 slices Canadian bacon, a slice of tomato
S - Protein shake
L - Shrimp, zucchini and peppers (re-run from last night)
S - Ham and cheese roll up
D - Salad, pizza (1 slice), lite beer
Dessert - SF Jello
I feel so much better after yesterday. I did not put one bite in my mouth that was off plan. The scale did not move, but I know if I string together enough days of controlled eating, it will go down again.
