September 15 will be my day! I'm disappointed that the surgery will be done at Methodist Hospital instead of Memorial Herman. Seems Mem. Herman is no longer a Center of Excellence with BCBS as of Sept. 1. Don't know why or wherefore or if that will change back but I was very impressed with them.
I know that's awfully close to the OH Conference but it was either that or wait until the middle of November. I'm going to stay optimistic and say I'm going to have a speedy recovery and leave the possibility of attending open.

Woo Hoo and congratulations! I don't know much about Memorial Hermann, but my husband had his heart surgery at Methodist. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I was very impressed.
BTW, I haven't mailed my check for the hotel room yet. I will get it in the mail this week. Can't wait to meet you in person.
