Should 'Jake" Get GB? - Twitter CNN Now!
CNN is running a story right now on their newscast about a 600-lb. college student named Jake in Seattle who badly wants (and I'd say needs!) "gastric bypass", but his ins. co. won't pay for it .. (he's trying to get donations for it, too, on his website)
CNN is asking viewers to Twitter now whether they think he should receive it or not ...
WEIGH IN, NOW!
CNN is also going to run articles on whether ins. cos. should cover WLS and looking at the possibility that Obamacare might make it available to everyone who needs it, beginning in their 9:00 a.m. newscast ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
The newscaster said that they are getting tons of emails/Twits in response to their question .. But so far the opinions are "evenly divided" ..
I bet it will turn out the "nays" are mostly folks (and NOT O, I bet, either) who (1) think he should be able to lose it by just following diet and exercise or (2) are afraid their ins. rates will go up if the ins. co. pays for GB ..
