Weight Loss Tattoo's

I know have seen some video's on YOUTUBE with people talking about their tattoo's they have gotten since surgery.

I have reached and surpassed my first goal of 200 lbs and I said my reward would be a tattoo representing where I came from(weight wise) and maybe working in my goal loss of 200.

Are there any of you out there that would care to share pics if you have one? I love black and grey but thinking about something with color to really stand out.

Thanks in advance!

I have one in the process of being finished. I still have about 10 hours of work left on getting it done. The outline and lower part of the arm are done.

Nice work.  Who's doing it?

I weighed 313 pounds on December 1, 2008 the day of my RNY surgery and have lost 81%
of my excess body weight to-date.                                        Current as of November 1, 2009
OH Mini-Challenge Goal for New Year's Day is 170 pounds. 11 pounds to go!

So, you have dropped by two days in a row.  Make it more often, you are missed.

Jose... I've seen many... I've seen from someone putting their starting weight to their goal weight, I've seen different things for everyone... mine is butterflies... I had one to start on my calf and when I started losing I thought OMG this is going to look horrid... guess what... it's beautiful... thinned out and all... so now my last 3 have been butterflies... 2 true butterflies and one celtic knot/butterfly look.

I love my butterflies... I just got my latest one (last Thursday *low back*)  this is one of my transformation butterflies... yes I said ONE... and it's my FAVORITE so far....I'm addicted to INK!!!
Feel free to take a look =)

Jose:

Mine is a butterfly too, but not in a place anyone but my husband (and my gyn) will see. I would not suggest tatoos in such "delicate" areas for most people as the pain is pretty intense....
I would suggest you do some Internet searches and also go to some tat shops and ask to see the artist work.

I think someone that used to post on this board, or has posted did a tombstone with their beginning weight and a RIP on it.

I do not have one.  I fear pain and needles.  My wife has a couple, one before WLS and one after.
