LUMP IN THROAT

This started out about 3 weeks ago where instead of getting full and hiccuping, I am getting full and bleching.  (almost a burp and basically have to force it to get rid of the stuck feeling)

Can you give me some advice on this.  I have a call into my doctor but he isn't available right now so I am not sure if I should go to the ER or not.

The getting full and belching has been my signs of being full since my surgery.  I have never hiccupped.  My room mate says she would prefer that I hiccupped cause my burping is quite loud at times.

Thanks for responding.   I'm not sure what it is, but it feels like a lump of dough is stuck at the top of my throat and more on  one side then the other. 

I am still waiting on call from my GBS so hopefully I will get a call tomorrow.

If this started 3 weeks ago, it doesn't sound life threatening so I wouldn't recommend the ER.  I would make an appt to see my doc during regular business hours.  Now if I'm missing something and you are having a hard time swallowing, that's a different story and you need to go to the ER.
