Paul you may have missed an earlier post.  This was only about Wednesday (today) and not forever after WLS.  And yes, today - this one day - we are all planning ahead and sticking to the plan as a challenge to ourselves.  It's a kick start to get back to basics if you would.  Sorry for any confusion.
