I did fine again yesterday. I did have more potatoes with a couple bites of bread. I will attempt to eat everything I am supposed today without the little rewards. The scale went back up slightly this a.m. to 191.2 and that is my own fault for having the potatoes. However, I felt like I needed a small reward for the progress that I am making.
Today's plan:
B-Coffee
L-Salad with bacon
D-Salad
Water-64 ounces
Have a good day!
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I've got my lunch and breakfast packed, let's hope I do better today than yesterday. The scale sure is yelling, STOP eating junk.

I actually got up and FORGOT to weigh. Now, THAT'S weird!! Yesterday I had: breakfast-protein drink, lunch: 4 oz steak, one ear of corn, 1/2 cup cooked carrots, dinner: 1 bowl of goulash (hamb/pasta) and 2 cookies.
Today who knows? I just ate my Western brand bagel with peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch will be something "out". We're headed to Hailey's apartment to unpack boxes and will just have to grab something somewhere. Need to head to the freezer and pull something "good" out for dinner. I hate it when I don't have a plan, that's when things go way off course. Maybe I'll give this some more thought :).

That's why the post is here. Glad to have you post. It's good for us to see someone's else's food post for ideas, at least. I'm just glad Karla has kept it going even though I don't get to post much with no TMB posting access at work anymore.
Pull up a stool and enjoy!

I had a rough weekend food-wise. I made Cubanos for lunch on Saturday and proceeded to have stomach cramps for 2-3 hours afterward. Then, yesterday morning, we went out for breakfast after church. I ate about half of a potato and egg taco and started dumping. I tossed my cookies so hard that I ruptured blood vessels in my forehead. So I had broth and protein shakes the rest of the day.
So far today, I've had a cup of coffee. Here's the plan --
B - Greek yogurt with a peach
S - Protein drink
L - Lean cuisine
S - Crackers with ham
D - Crock pot beef with mushrooms
Most of that is contingent on me getting up and going to the grocery store before lunch. Otherwise I'll just be rummaging through the refrigerator and cabinet looking for lunch and dinner.
