Thank you for your kind words. I always felt I was someone who didn't follow ANY one's rules. But when this was given to me, I KNEW I had way too many people to be accountable to and I was NOT going to mess it up. Following the "rules" has helped not only give me my health back, but it has also given me a purpose for my life. Life is so much better with structure and discipline.
