August Adventure Saturday
Super September...Skinny September...Stupendous September...September Sucks (jkg)...ya'll throw some out there!
Okay...yesterday was not so great...just protein drinks/liquids in am plus a blueberry oat bar from Starbucks, mexican for lunch, 6 tiny candy bars in pm (bad)...baked potato w./ ham and cheese for dinner...dumped big time and had stomach issues from either the bug going around or what I had eaten, but it's still bothering me a little and it's gone around my office this week and 3 in car yesterday had it. Oh well, lost some wt. due to this, so that's okay I guess!
today's plan: lots of liquids, at least 2 protein drinks, probably soup due to tummy unless I start feeling better
What's your plan?
Faith...your an inspiration to all of us...you go girl!

Good Morning Karla & Adventurers,
Thanks Karla and I am inspired too by all who travel this journey daily to make this tool work. I had thought of "Sabatoge less in September."
I did had about ¼ cup of spirit’s revenge daiquiri last night and poured the rest back into the jug in the freezer. Having control is the best thing that I have going for me right now. I keep telling myself that “I have control over food and food does not control me." The scale is still my friend because I had no loss this morning but I did not have a gain either. I was going to have a nice splurge meal today but I have decided that it is not worth it at this time. I will have just a taste and that is it. I will have to go to the store in a little while because I am fresh out of lettuce to make my daily salads.
Today’s plan:
B-IDK yet...I am not hungry right now
L-salad
D-douple of bites of smothered potatoes/sausage and salad
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-dancing the night away
