Hey girl!! Ease up on yourself!! You are doing great, be patient with yourself. How much you lose will vary and fluctuate!! make sure you are getting enough protein and calories! You do need a minimum number of calories for your body not to go in starvation mode! Do not panic you wil also go through stalls and plateaus while you body adjust to your new eating plan and its lighter weight!!
You are not doing anything wron but if it worries you talk to your nutritionist or your Doctor!!

I am just sick of these stalls... I try so hard, I really do. I put a lot of effort into planning my meals and counting every calorie, carb, gram of protein, etc. & to put such an effort into it and then not see ANY results for 2 -3 weeks at a time is frustrating. I lose for 1-2 weeks, then stall for 2 weeks. I alway**** 2-3 week stalls every month. Uggh, LOL. It bites. My calories are between 700-800 a day, give or take.

There were several maddening stalls along the way for me, too, but trust me, the scale always starts moving again. Try to limit your weigh-ins to once or twice a week. That takes discipline, but it helps you sleep at night!
Keep the faith, girl. You are doing so much better than you think you are.
Don't beat yoruself up. You are doing a GREAT job. It will come off. There is something about being so close to onderland. I can remember it seemed like it took me forever to break through and once I did it wasn't so hard.
Thanks for the words of wisdom... I hope it will come off soon. I know it will not happen in a month, or three or four, but not seeing any loss really messes with your head sometimes! That is why "diets" never worked for me in the past. LOL. The second I went too long w/o losing, I stopped.
