No, Dammit...not yet! I've had to leave messages...They'll return my call within 2 non-clinic days. I'm not sure real people even work there anymore!!! 
Now, when I worked if I didn't return phone calls within the same DAY I wouldn't have had a job. I know they are busy but no one should take 2 full days to return a phone call.
Then yesterday DH says there's been mention at work of switching our insurance to something cheaper.....meaning piece of crap....to avoid layoffs. That'll happen Oct 1 if it does.

Just what you DON'T need - more stress over changing insurance !!!!!!!
I know if I was having my surgery next year compared to last year the difference in my out-of-pocket would be $2000 instead of $200.
How can they switch insurance companies so fast without more warning? You would think it wouldn't be effective until Jan 1.
