I just got off the phone with BCBS TX, just called to see if the paperwork had gotten there yet. The Customer Service lady, Carolyn, asked all those identifying questions then put me on hold. Came back and said I must have been doing something right, they had received it in the system yesterday, and approved it about 10 min. ago! WOOHOO!!!! She even called Dr. Garth's office to let them know so they could go ahead and get me on the schedule, letter will follow the first of next week.
