Getting close to goal at 2.5 years out
Happy 2.5 year bandiversary to me!
I have posted before/after pics of my recent lipo and vaser surgery on my profile. I am so thankful for this journey that I have been on
. I really wanted to be at 189.something this morning to mark my 2.5 year bandiversary. I weighed 192 this morning and I am not disappointed. 189.something is just around the corner one day next week
. Yesterday marked 6 weeks post op from having www.smartlipo.com and www.vaser.com surgery. I went for my follow up visit on Wednesday and my doctor was so happy that I had lost a little over 5 pounds in two weeks. What I am most happy about is that I will not see true and final results from this surgery until 3-6 months. In fact, I am happy now so anything more and y'all will have to tell me to sit my butt down somewhere
. I am still shooting for being at 185 by the Labor Day Loser's challenge that I am in on the band board. Make it a good one everyone and you must remember for the pounds to be gone 4ever you must work your tool 4ver!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
You have done so well Faith...I know you're so proud of how far you've come. You really seem to have the grit and determination to get where you want to be. I can't wait to get to meet you and hug you in person at the OH convention!
