August Adventure Friday
Whoa...my August Adventure is taking me where I really want to go...scale up a bit, but not necessarily because of what I've eaten. I guess I'm not moving as much this week going back to work, and did go out to eat the first 3 days at lunch. I know I can control protein/water easily, and haven't exercised due to trying to get used to waking up at the buttcrack of dawn this week! Will add exercise next week, and buckle down starting week after next when Ben is gone to school.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids, at least 2 protein drinks, eating out in Huntsville for lunch while at a conference, Ben's choosing for dinner
Not the best of plans, but I've survived the first week back at school!
What's your plan?

Good Morning Karla & TMB!
^5 on surviving the 1st week back at school! I to anyone ((teachers, support staff and all) that works within the school systems.
I had thought about having my splurge meal on tomorrow. However, since I am so close to seeing the magic number on the scale, I have decided that I will have just a teeny tiny little bit of what I am cooking. I would love for my Monday morning weigh in number to be reflective of 189.something!
Today’s plan:
Right now-warming up the band with coffee
B-Eggs
L-Salad with grilled shrimp
D-Salad
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Here's today's plan -
Coffee
B - Fried egg and cheese sandwich on 100 calorie bread
L - Chicken breast and leftover vegetables
S - Protein drink
D - We're going out to eat so it depends on where we go, probably a steak and a salad
