August Adventure Thursday
Things are finally returning to normal around here so it's time to get back on track. I only gained 2.5 lbs on vacation so that's not too bad. Yesterday morning I made 4 protein drinks and put them in the freezer but never had one. I ended up leaving the house at 10 am and didn't get bac****il 3:30. Yesterday was a carb fest early on- I had a soft pretzel for brunch, some LF popcorn trash for afternoon snack but dinner was one pork chop, carrots and corn. Hailey was teasing me about having 2 veggies for dinner, that's just not me. Scale was kind: down 1/2 pound.
Today's plan:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: leftover steak, corn
Dinner: beef fajitas

D - Salad and 1 slice of pizza
