August Adventure Wednesday

My adventure needs to be one that is way less carb filled than yesterday.  I did get my protein in and liquids and vits, but sugar cookies, mashed potatoes, 1/2 roll and 2 tortillas is not exactly low carb!  Bad, bad Karla...

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
salad w/ meat/cheese for lunch
crawfish pie for dinner
trail mix or fruit if needed

What's your plan?

Good Morning Karla & TMB,

I am doing so good and I just hope that I can keep it up.  I have still been unable to get my water in like I should.  I am scheduled today for another follow up appointment since my surgery and she wanted me to have lost two pounds since two weeks ago and I believe that I have lost four.  I am going to try not eat too much until after 4:30 today.

My plan for today:
B-Coffee
L-Eggs or sausage patties
D-IDK
Water-shooting for 64 ounces again.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I'm heading to a breakfast sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.  I heard that they will have eggs, etc. so I should be able to make some good protein choices hopefully.

I was going to go out for lunch between the morning session and back to school to work, but I haven't made the best choices when doing that so I'm leaving early to drop my lunch by my school so it will be waiting in the fridge for me.  I have turkey meatloaf muffins, greek yogurt, and fruit.  That should provide lunch and a snack for the long afternoon.

I have my vitamins and supplments packed and ready for the day.

No gym today since I have to be there so early but I already did Monday and Tuesday so I'm on track for the week.

Going to meet girlfriends for coffee tonight so I'm continuing to work on breaking down those walls and deepening some friendships, woot!
