First let me Thank all of you!!!!!! You all are great. I went to my PCP at 4 pm and his scale read 173.... mine said 178. Bad Bad Scale. LOL I am just so happy the way things are going. I hope this message helps others reflect on the impact you all make on others. God Bless and Thank You

Oh girl, you are doing so wonderful.

I have been without a scale all week and can't wait to get home to see where I am. Nobody here understands what its like.

Would love to get together next week. And I think Liz will be in town. Maybe lunch later in the week??? Everyone invited!
