The NIGH****CHMAN - Tuesday 8/11
Thankfully the rest of the week, practice is from 5-8. They will not even go on Thursday as they have a 3 hr. tennis clinic at the club from 2:30-5:00 so the coach does not want them coming to his practice if they are at the club during the afternoon. Too much in a day to do nearly three hours at the club then another three hours at school....
Hoping this pain lets up because so far it isn't and I'm NOT a happy camper! Mom's really have NO time for ouchies!!!

Not much new in my world. Jinxed myself last evening not wanting any changes on DD school schedule... they seem to have her down for core math and not algebra... kid carried a 96 average in pre-ap math last year, ranked over the commended on tasks, and the councilor asked me today if she met the regs for the advanced class... hmmm, yeah... Filled out the change request, if I don't hear anything by Thursday, I'll be writing emails or dropping by the office. This kid has to be totally challenged, or sluffs of into neverland, CRAP, until I wrote that I didn't realize how much she really is like me! Guess I have been totally spending too much time in neverland lately! Sent out 5 apps, and followed up on a couple of leads from friends today. At least I feel productive in that area.
George, hope you get some "Mary time" tomorrow!
Prayers for all of the spoken and unspoken requests. Special prayers for all that are hurting tonight, for whatever reason. Special prayers of healing and comfort for Elizabeth Grace and her family. May God's strength, comfort, peace and grace surround us all.
