Carrying on with our adventure...here we go...

I had an okay eating day yesterday...knew starting out it probably wouldn't be my best w/first day back at work and my niece's bd party. I had 3/4 cupcake and some fruit pizza and part of a lemon bar during the day, but got in lots of liquids and 2 protein drinks as well as chicken salad and lasagna meat sauce and cheese w/ no noodles...my sister made us a special batch.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...working on one now
I think we're eating out for lunch again, but will take fish if not
I'm not sure about supper, sometime of protein leftovers or will cook buffalo tenders if not for Ben when he gets home tonight

Not my best plan, but will be okay!

One of my best friends here that I work w/ helped inspire me to get WLS...she had it and lost a lot of wt, but told me in advance she would sabotage herself if she had the chance.  Yesterday we talked because she's had a significant regain.  We both talked about losing a good big of wt, so will begin soon to work on it together.  I'm excited about it...I know once Ben's at college I have no excuses to not do just what I need to do!

What's your plan?

Good Morning Karla and Adventurers!

I did okay yesterday with the exception of 2 Tbsp of ice cream.  Ice cream is the . I could not resist it when I saw my son eating it.  I also did not get my water in yesterday.  Water is a daily struggle for me.

My plan for today:
Right now-Warming up the band with coffee
B-Sausage patties
L-Salad
D-Tuna
Water-64 ounces

Good morning!  The scale is not being very kind... I knew this would happen when they took out my fill!!!  The doc is back from vacation so I'm going to call and beg for an appt. today!!!!!!

No plan until I know about the fill today... but taking a few protein drinks and some left overs from last night.  So I'm covered either way!

i'm here and reading every day .. just can't get to post before it's late.

I"m holding steady with the weight, but not a good one.  I"m on the high side, just not in a place with vacation pending to think it all out right now.

after monday, I have no excuses.  No plans from then until the OH conference, so i have to kick it in gear.

Becky, you and I will do this together come Monday.  I'm sure my vacation had me gain a few pounds so we'll both work hard and we'll get them back off cuz FAILURE in not an option!!

Steph,

that works for me.  We just got back from HEB and getting snacks and provisions for the trip.  I can't let me sugar get low and almost faint like last weekend.  But I didn't pick the best stuff either.  At least it's peanut butter crackers, and protein bars and some jerky.  I can't go too crazy. 

You are right though, failure is NOT an option..

Okay, I already tried to post this twice and it lost my post both times.  I'm trying one more time.

Yesterday was a horrible day food-wise.  I did not stick to my plan.  My usual breakfast of Greek yogurt, blueberries and granola made me dump.  That made me hungry later in the day.  Maybe it's psychological, but I always get hungry after I dump.  Then I made a series of stupid eating choices culminating with not cooking dinner.  Instead we ate leftover pizza and hot dogs out of the refrigerator.  I'm glad that day is over.

Today's plan:

Coffee
B - Scrambled egg with leftover meat from baby backs.
L - Ham and cheese
S - Protein drink
D - Either Cuban fried rice or beef stew

DH just called and asked me to make a pot of stew for his mother.  She hasn't been feeling well for about a week and hasn't been eating ... not a good thing.

My plan for today is to STICK TO THE PLAN!

Didn't do great on my goals today but did get alot done at work.  I hit the gym this morning and did a 14 minute mile, woot!  That was a definite positive.

I just realized I haven't gotten in all my vitamins and supplements.  I was so wrapped up in getting my classroom finished and doing plans, that I completely forgot.  I also did horrible with lunch - good ole Mickey D's.  I had to grab fast and didn't make a good choice.

Having a turkey patty and some vegetables for dinner with maybe a SF jello and cool whip for dessert.
