North Houston Support Groups

Hello Everyone!

I was talking to a patient today and then to Sean about support groups in North Houston.  I always try and talk to each of the WLP's about support groups and if they don't participate I attempt to give them info about the different ones.

I realized today that I do not know of any on the North side of town, such as The Woodlands or Conroe that are not "closed group"

If you know of one can you reply with the details??

Memorial Herman in the Woodlands has a meeting the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 and I know St. Lukes in the Woodlands has one but I have not been to it yet.  Maybe Mary will see this and post about it.

And yes, there is the Memorial Herman Woodlands support group Paige mentioned.

There is also a support group at St. Lukes The Woodlands on the 1st Tuesday every month @ 6PM.

Also, there is a group that meets at Cy-Fair Hospital on the 2nd Tuesday every month @ 7PM. I know Cy-Fair is a bit further west....but they are a great bunch of people to meet with each month. This month's meeting is tomorrow night, Tuesday 8/11 @ 7PM in the Professional building physician's dining room, there should be signs to follow.
