What kind of adventure are you going to have today?

My plan:   not necessarily a good one, but don't know what I'll be eating for lunch or dinner!  I can control vitamins/supplements and they are downed already, liquids consumed and protein taken in...

lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
don't know for lunch...will be in Huntsville
probably bbq or fajitas for dinner...will be at a party
trail mix or fruit for snack

What's your plan?

don't have teh whole day planned but I have shrimp in a baggie with ****tail sauce and a salmon burger ready for latter - shake and vits in now
got a pork roast out of the freezer but not sure how I plan to cook it yet - rotel and cream of mushroom maybe in the crock pot all day - tacos for the next several days  that way
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

Quiet day for me - got the vitamins and supplements in my purse and ready for the day, going to have some eggs with mom before she leaves then off for hair and nails.  I'll have a turkey patty and some vegetable for lunch and then Boston's for dinner tonight.  Not heading to the gym today.  Hoping to catch up with some friends tonight and maybe even break down a bit more of the wall.  I could sure use that right now.

Dani - that pot roast in the crock pot sure does sound good.

My knee is finally feeling better so starting today, I'm adding one protein shake back into my plan.  We'll see how that goes. 

Plan for today:

Vitamins/supplements done.
Coffee done.
B - Omelet with ham and cheese (DH is cooking it now.)
S - Protein drink
L - Chicago style hot dog
S - Celery & carrots with hummus
D - Broiled Salmon with Creamy Lemon Sauce & Pea Risotto (unless we decide to go out)

Go out and make it a great day.

It is so tempting to get off track with all the activities going on this weekend.  So far, I have been able to remain focused.  Let's just hope that carries through the week\end. Today's plan:

B-Diet Dr Pepper, small piece of chicken
L-I skipped because I have been too busy
D-Large green salad...lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, eggs and meat on top but I am unsure of what type
Water-64 ounces
