Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
PF Changs for lunch
leftover sauteed fish for dinner w/ salad
trail mix for snack or fruit if needed

I'm pleading the "fifth" until vacation is over.  I've had great food in Galveston but dread the scale come Wednesday morning.  I might be doing a serious "protein only" week when I get home.  We don't have a refridge in our room so I can't even TRY to be good by adding a protein shake or keeping cheese or meat in the room.  Oh well this is why one has to learn to live in the "real" world.  I'll get off whatever I gained, next week.

morning,

I am doing my best to behave here in Shiner but my folks still don't totally get the protein first concept.

I had a bad bad sugar crash yesterday to the point of almost passing out in front of my dad. Scared him big time and he was practically spoon feeding me cheese and peanut butter.   I had a very carby lunch, no breakfast, and by 4pm I was so worn out and weak.  I had napped for two hours and thought I was just over tired.  So I learned my lesson on that.

Hope to get some good protein in before we leave Thursday for Galveston.  Seems that's not the best place to watch ones diet.

Hi Everyone,

So far so good.  Scale is moving in the right direction.  Need to change my mind-set from "lose, to maintain".  I'm having a rough time with that.  I'm 6 lbs. under goal, but having a hard time changing my routine. 

Today's Plan:
B'fast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack: Turkey, Cheese, Egg White, & Soy Crisps
Dinner: 4-6 oz. Protein w/ 1c veggies

Already started taking my vitamins and gonna put extra effort on getting my water in today.

Good Morning Karla and Adventurers,

I've done well and I really wanted to eat whatever I wanted today until I stepped on the scale and saw the loss.  It is a loss of what I had gained two weeks ago.  I will resist today even though I will be tempted by all of the food at the food cour t in the mall and at Applebees.  I have my crystal light in my purse to resist any drinks and my sugarless gum to curve my cravings.

B-Eggs and cheese
L-Applebees (probably a steak and salad or some type of salad)
D-IDK yet
Water-64 ounces
