Good Protien Drink

I have now made two kinds of protien shakes that are wonderful!  I like Syntex Nectar protien powder best.  I put the vanilla bean torte flavor in a blender with soy milk, DaVinci SF English Toffee syrup and ice.  I also put chocolate flavor in a blender with soy milk, DaVinci SF Peppermint Patty syrup and ice.  Both were great.  I don't know how much of each, I just pour.  I'm going to try the cappachino protien and amaretto syrup flavor tonight.  DaVinci has about 2 dozen sf flavors.  I got some bottles online at netrition.com.  They have a $5 flat rate shipping for your order, so I order alot at once.  They packed the bottles very well.

Both of these sound yummy.  I bought the Optimum Nutrition (large tub) Chocolate Mint and don't care of it allot.  Maybe if I add more peppermint to it I'll like it better.

They sell those DaVinci syrups at my local Drug Emporium.......Amaretto sounds yummy!

OMG!!!!   I SO LOVE the Nectar Cappucino and Vanilla bean Torte flavors, I drink one or the other EVERYDAY...........I guess I need to order one of the chocolates
