My plan for today:

Walk at the park in a few minutes again
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
at least 2 protein drinks
salad w/ meat for lunch (ate chicken caesar pita yesterday w/ lo cal Caesar)
steak and maybe potato for dinner
trail mix
fruit if needed

What's your plan of attack for today?

Morning Karla!  I struggled to eat enough yesterday but got close on my protein wants with the shake last night and it took me about 35 minutes to eat the chicken and broccoli and cheese but I made myself do it.  I usually try to eat in 20 minutes.

I'm going to eat high protein, low carb again today.  I was disappointed to see the scale this morning, I weighed last night and it said 135.6, I figured I'd see something less this morning but NOOOOOOOOO 137.2; now explain that one too me.  I haven't gone to the bathroom I'll blame it on that, haha.

Made my mom some of my "special" eggs this morning - I add in some greek yogurt for extra protein and fluffiness, some backon bits and cheese.  She really liked them

No plan for lunch - I know, that's dangerous but mom will be with me and she really helps me make good choices.  I'm cooking meatloaf for us for dinner.

All vitamins/supplements in for the day - will take evening dose tonight.

No official gym time today but lots of work and walking.

Morning Karla!!

I took a day off work, so I'll be hitting the gym early this afternoon for a Friday workout! 

Traveled all week and was a little worried about the scale coming home, but I amazingly lost 4 lbs.!!!   Now, I know a lot of that was water weight, but it was such a relief to see the scale back down.  I kind of panicked last Sunday morning when it was up 4+ lbs on me...

So, today:

Lot's of water - working to flush the system!
Coffee w/cream this morning
cherrio's for snack
protein shake
lunch - leftover's from dinner
dinner - chicken or turkey with veggies and small amount of rice

Should be a good day - still have to plug it all in and see where I'll be with calories.  Good luck to all!
