need easy lunch ideas

I've had a protein shake 5 days a week for two years for breakfast.  the other 2 days I eat a "western" brand bagel with peanut butter but you're not far enough out for that.  Do you like yogurt with granola or oateal, cream of wheat or other warm cereal?  I've also had string cheese or deli meat for breakfast too.

I think what I am going to do is continue to make the protein shake for breakfast since it is a smoothie with unflavored powder and then eat a solid snack in the orning when I actually wake up. I don't think I will be able to do  a bagel for awhile.  I still have trouble with toast. It is alright though because I should probably stay away from carbs as much as possible.  I really like the cheese snacks. they aren't the same as the string cheese. They are sharp 2% cheese in small single servings.  I also think I am going to try cottage cheese.
