Good Morning Danni and the rest of my TMB Family,

Terrific Thursday huh?  Well today is terrific because of two things, 1. I get to see all my wonderful friends on Saturday, and 2. We only have 87 more days till we head for DE and I get to see my son and Grandson!  I miss them so much, and the fact that Tim keeps sending me pictures does not help any!  :)  Well I had planned to have a laid back day today, but Mark just handed me the card and asked me to make sure and get the car serviced either today or tomorrow.  I guess if I get there early it wont take to long.  We will see how the day goes.  Danni, is K excited about starting school?  I will be glad when school starts here.  Eric is really starting to get board, and he needs to start using the brain again!  Wish I could get him to go out and ride his bike, or meet some kids in the neighborhood but he is just not an outside kid.  He would rather play the X-box or watch TV.  Anyway should get him up early and then the both of us can walk.  Lord knows I need to get out and exercise.  I cant believe I am coming up on my two year surgerversery.  I really cant believe I have been able to maintain my weight for the last year between 135 and 141.  Makes me a happy camper.  Ok guess I better get moving.  I need coffee.  Prayers for those in need this morning.  Glad that Meggie, is home and that Danas sister is doing better.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.  See you soon.  Michelle

Good morning Train Riders!!  Today is going to be great just because!  Went to the chiro yesterday and found out I've got another back sprain with a torn disc too.  At least I know what the problem is now.  I'm on restricted activity for two weeks and we're hoping that resting will let it heal pretty quickly.  So, no housework for me!  Wooohooo.

Not a lot planned for today.  I'll be busy at work with my project.  My boss is going on vacation for the next week, so hopefully that means I'll be able to catch up on a couple of things and maybe get ahead.  Tonight I've got to hit the grocery store to pick up a few things, then home to rest and probably watch some more Babylon 5 with Jeff.

Good Morning Yall,
I hope yall are all doing well. I am on the protein thing right now. I don't know who is going to kill who first.. Myself or my husband. He is doing good. I am doing good. I had to add boiled eggs and canned proteins. Those shakes just go right thru me and I am physically hungry immediately.  So, as long as I am sticking with protein, I am still happy I am doing something.  I am still losing. That is a good thing. That is the point. I need to look up Boston's menu and see what I can eat on there that is protein. I am sure they have something.  But, if we don't have a plan.. We plan to fail.
I'm glad the weekend is finally almost here. I will take Thursday over Monday any day.. LOL

Today is going to be a great one...I just know it.  The girls are going to play well together and not fight all day :)  (well, one can hope :))  Looking forward to Sat. for some ME time.  Got a little rain last night so hopefully it will be a little cooler today...but doubt it!  About to take my little pooch to be groomed this a.m.  The new one is bouncing off of everything!!  Prayers for all who need them this morning.  Y'all have a GREAT one.

I think it is so cool u watch the girls - I totally grew up like tghat - my mom will say , when I do something she would, "we were raised by the same woman"
I wish my kids had that but the don't they do have tons of adopted aunties n grandmas though so we are blessed

Thanks Danni.  It is truly a blessing that I am able to be such a significant role in the girls life.  I guess that's something to be thankful for the divorce.  If it hadn't happened there's no way I could have moved over here to care for them.  God works in mysterious ways!  I miss you.  We all do, but at least we are still keeping up with your day to day life with it's challenges and blessings.  Just think, a few years ago if you had made this move that would have been the end of contact with so many of us.  Thank goodness for computers!!  Hope things go smoothly for you while Tim is gone and the time will pass quickly.  You are loved.

My Thursday has been terrific so far.  Had a great workout this morning, woot!  Finally got my shoulder cleared to lift weights again.  I hadn't realized how much I was missed the weights until this morning.  Also, I'm upping my running again and getting ready for a fall full of 5k's (say that 10 times fast lol).

I'm off to a day of training - hoping to learn lots of cool new things and meet some more people that I will be working with this year.

My mom is coming in tonight.  She is going with me to my 2nd consult with a plastic surgeon.  I love visiting with my mom.  She is my best friend.
