teriffic Thursday WLS Express
I don't think my Thursday will be terriffic. They took me out of the Priority Mail Hub yesterday and told me that I was to report to the plant from now on, which means no more driving, and they will probably put me in the "Stand By Room" from now on. We got our Union newsletter yesterday and they told ALL Injured on Duty (IOD) personnel, even the ones that are in their bid positions with minor modifications to their jobs, that there was no work for them. Rumors are that they will walk all IOD people off the clock and the Dept of Labor will start paying us. Unbelievable. Anyone know a good labor lawyer?

today is going to be a great day guys - I claim it as such - I tell the kids all the time we can be as happy here as we make up our minds to be and I chose to be HAPPY
overslept so I will work out latter today - vits in and 1st shake on the way with caffine thank the good Lord
have the timer set so I will get me though the shower and boys up in time for them to get ready - debated waiting till 10 or noon even to go stand in line for the guildence counsuler to try to get the teen a scheudel but we might as well go early in the day while Rach is in a resonable mood since she is coming with
other than that not a whole lot of plans for the day - want to see what walmart has in the way of small inexpensive tvs for the kids WII and find the B of A and cash my refund check from quad C for the last algerbra class I dropped LOL
plan for a great day and claim it - then just let the rest roll off your back
take care of you - you know the drill

Darn leg cramps two nights in a row and I'm not liking it. When I get them I have to get up and walk for a long time to make it stop. I'm taking potassium and magnesium already, drinking water allot more so probably need some sodium in there, yummy salt, haha.
Doing well on my plan, feeling great!
Renee is home and tube free, she's so darn strong mentally and physically she amazes me.

I'm headed into Houston in a bit to take Mom to the oral surgeon. Then it's off to work and try to catch up with whatever I missed this morning.
Not much else going on; lots of folks headed my way this weekend and next - WOOHOO!!
